ROBY Stephen M. Roby, 54, passed away March 27, 2005.  Born in Richwood, WV, he was a resident of Jacksonville since 1987.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was employed by J.P. Morgan Chase.  Preceded in death by his parents, Morris Roby and Lee Ann Jarrett, he is survived by his sister, Linda Short; aunt, Martha Perilli; and former wife, Patricia Roby.  Private services will be held at a later date in West Virginia.
