Secondary Email Address - If you are using an email address that you
rarely check, it may fill up, if you forget to check it. If your Inbox
fills up, it will not accept anymore mail. When this happens, your CHS_67
emails will be rejected, thereby suspending your CHS_67 membership. This
can be easily corrected by cleaning out your Inbox, then signing in at CHS_67.
Yahoo Email Address - When you join CHS_67, Yahoo makes you open an email
address. You do NOT have to use this address for your CHS_67 emails.

Changing Your Email Address - To change your email address at Yahoo, go
to:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CHS_67
1.> Sign in with your User Name
and Password
2.> In the upper right portion of the screen, click the link that says,
"Edit My Membership" You might be prompted to enter your
password again for security reasons.
3.> On the next screen, you will see where you can "Add Email
Address" Enter your new email address there.
4.> IMPORTANT - Once you add
another address, Yahoo will send an email to the new address. You MUST
respond to that email and follow the link provided. Once this is done,
your email address has been changed. If you fail to follow this step, your
email address will not be changed.
Getting Too Many Emails - Some of us like lots of emails, some do not.
If you are getting too many emails from CHS_67 and would like to slow down the
flow, you have some options.
1.> Individual Emails - Everytime a member sends an email into our
group, you will receive it.
2.> Daily Digest - In this setting, you will not receive individual
emails. With this choice, Yahoo will hold your emails, until there are
several of them, then send them lumped into one email. Your CHS_67 emails
will drop from several each day to only 1 or 2.
3.> Special Notices - With this setting, you will not receive ANY
email from CHS_67, unless it's marked "Special." You might get
1, or 2 emails every few weeks, but the messages will be of importance to the
majority.
4.> No Email - In this setting, the member will receive NO email, not
even special notices. You can still sign in at CHS_67 anytime you wish and
read the messages.
Regardless of which setting you
choose, you will still be able to sign in at CHS_67 and read the messages
anytime you wish
