The trip to Phoenix was wonderful and to see the Sedona Red Mountains and to see God's creation, the Grand Canyon, no picture could do this beautiful place justice. It's absolutely breathtaking. We got to see England's London Bridge that was purchased, torn down and rebuilt in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
We ate at a place called, Pizza By George, in Flagstaff. We visited the Cerreta Candy Factory in Phoenix and also got to see the Chase Field Baseball Stadium, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the University of Phoenix Football Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals. Last, but now least, we saw the Phoenix International Raceway, where my favorite NASCAR drivers go .... out in the middle of the desert. WOW!!! It's really in the middle of nowhere.
We visited 2 different casinos, but didn't lose very much money. We were there to have fun. The casinos were on Indian Reservations, but I didn't see any actual Indians anywhere. (Wonder where they were?)
