Bob,

This picture (above) was taken on August 2nd of this year at Ruth's Chris restaurant in King of Prussia, PA near our home ( 5 minutes away).  We live at the base of Valley Forge Park outside of Philadelphia, PA in a community called Chesterbrook.

Although, I graduated from Villanova University, I met my husband, Bill (Davis), on my first day of college at WV State College, where he was a Junior at the time.  He actually took my I.D. picture.  A couple of weeks later, one of my roommates introduced me to him at a frat party.  Bob, it was the handshake!  We didn't want to let go of each other's hand!

Well, I broke up with the guy I had been dating for a few months and to make a long story short, after Bill graduated in May 1969, he had a job with IBM in Kingston, N.Y.   We married in August of 1969 at Sacred Heart Church in Charleston and he is still my best friend after 35 years.  We have 3 gorgeous daughters and one grandson

What actually happened on this anniversary?  Our investigation indicated that Bill blindfolded Cherlyn, before taking her to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, a very nice place to eat indeed.
