This photo was taken on a Ejercito (army) training camp in the mountains, above 3000 meters (9842.5 feet).  Being from sea level, the trek placed abnormal aerobic physical stress on me while walking up a 25-30 degree incline for over a mile and a half.  What was unusual about the surrounding dense forest was the number of eucalyptus trees not indigenous to Columbia, but Australia.
